Crisp support chat
When optional support chat is enabled and consent permits it, Crisp may receive the project identifier, conversation or guest identifier, email address, display name, profile image, and messages sent through chat.
You can decline Crisp loading through the consent prompt; support chat data is then handled by Crisp under its role as a customer-support service provider.
Data we process
The app can process account identifiers, email addresses, session cookies, guest fingerprints, billing status, support messages, API keys, and usage records.
Payment details are handled by the configured provider; the app stores provider references and order state rather than raw card data.
How data is used
Data is used to authenticate users, deliver credits and subscriptions, route support requests, prevent abuse, and operate AI workflows.
Service logs and analytics may be used to debug failures, improve reliability, and understand aggregate product usage.
Retention and access
Operational records are retained for account, security, financial, and support needs.
Users can contact support to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable.
